We are able to to make moulds in two ways - artisans belt and machine belt. The technology in system interpret the auto cad drawings and create customised moulds.

Our Computerised Numeric Control machine is able to select router blades and machine tools to create moulds with virtually any custom shape. Our company has won a number of awards using its in-house technology and experience in custom mould making.

Once the moulds are ready the still making begins. Skilled workers create the cast stone using air hammers that compress the dry mix the into the moulds creating a stunning finished stone.

ImagicaStone GRC and Prefabs has a fully equipped internal lab for quality control and testing. Our team uses the lab for regular colour sampling, material consistency material consistency, strength andmoisture absorption testing.
